Today's Guests are Dr. Jay Parker http://www.icaservices.com/ and AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF OUR SHOW we will be conferencing Digital Partners and ArtCamp.
Akhtar Badshah (click here for his bio) is Executive Director of Digital Partners; www.digitalpartners.org is actively engaged in tapping the entrepreneurial skills of those fortunate enough to be currently riding the waves of digital power. Joyfully techies, geeks, and nerds share knowledge in chat rooms and newsgroups. Freely help is given. People helping people seems to be human nature. The computer age has brought about a closeness never before experienced. What would it be like if this unique virtual fellowship were available even to third world countries? What if this could be aided and abetted by a sort of "digital peace corps?" Listen and learn how Digital Partners has started this process. You can be part of it. Digital Partners has the framework, organization, knowledge, backing, and especially the dedicated desire to make it happen. They are well-started on this task. The task is to take the underprivileged from an agrarian age, skipping over the industrial age, to the IT (information technology) age. Think of the beneficial effects on the environment alone!

Hilaria Castañeda represents the Mexican cooperative Artcamp which consists of a group of women and families in the village of Tecalpulco who preserve the handcraft tradition and sell their products on the Internet.
Dr. Jay Parker is a
chemical dependency counselor, national motivational speaker and a past director
of education at West Oaks Hospital, Inc., in Houston, Texas. A native New Yorker
and former special Ed teacher, Mr. Parker entered the addiction
education/prevention field after a successful 20 year career in basketball. He
has been a teacher, speaker, and counselor in the broad field of addictions
since 1997. http://www.icaservices.com/
He will be talking about Internet addiction.

Click And Hold
While in the right side of the Windows Explorer screen, left-click a folder or file you want to move, then hold the left mouse button down and drag it to the left side. Then, without releasing the mouse button, hold the file over a folder with a [+] sign and the folder will open up, revealing subfolders. You can continue this "drilling" process until you reach your destination, then release the mouse button and drop the file into its new home.
