The Ultimate Computer Chair

With so many people working at computers all day long, ergonomics has become an important work-day word. And a number of furniture manufacturers have been designing and turning out ergonomically friendly desks, chairs, and so forth.

Today's site is maintained by a do-it-yourselfer who created his own chair for computing comfort. He details his journey toward the ultimate chair. Maybe you get the urge to try something like this, too.

Eudora Email

Eudora Email has long been the favorite of many experienced E-mail users. This E-mail client is fast and definitely full-featured. The only catch is that you'll have to fork over $39.95 for the Pro version (the one with all the cool features). This makes Eudora rather expensive when compared to Outlook Express.

However, there are actually three modes of Eudora 5.1.1--there is the pay version at $39.95, there is an ad-sponsored mode that you can use for free, and there is a light mode that has no ads, but lacks many features. See what you think. Read about Eudora and download a copy at the Eudora site.

QuickZip

QuickZip is yet another compression program, but it's also one of the few compression programs that really stand out above the rest. QuickZip can work with all the more common compression types, such as Zip, Cab, Tar, etc.

QuickZip also has a great user interface, one that might cause QuickZip to remain installed on our system.
