To download any Flag just right click on it and click on Save Picture as:
Keep your flag outside all of the time.
Remember the flag must be lit up at night. So leave it out all night, just put a light on it.

Virus Control
Everyone needs some kind of protection against virus
infection. But if you often download files from the
Internet, your risk is even greater. Also, if you're
connected via cable or DSL, your system is always connected
to the Internet whenever it's turned on. So, you have a
still greater need for some virus protection.

One freeware antivirus program that we like is the AVG 6.0
Free Edition. This antivirus system provides the necessary protection and offers free updates.

Optimal Performance For Windows

To make sure Windows is using the latest and greatest
32-bit drivers for all of your hardware, go to the System
Icon with the Control Panel and select the Performance tab.
If it says 'Optimal Performance,' then you are fine.
Otherwise, research each device to find the one that is not 32-bit. You may need to update the driver, replace the device, or choose 'Remove' and then use the Windows 'Add New Hardware' option in the Control Panel to allow Windows to reinstall the driver. Remember, you'll need to reboot if you change drivers.

Optimize Your Registry

The Registry is one of those things Windows simply cannot
do without. The Registry acts as a repository in the form
of a massive database of information about your computer
and everything on it. Occasionally, however, because of frequent
inserts and deletes, the registry can become unwieldy,
with large holes in it. Think of it as a slice of Swiss cheese.

You can manually optimize your registry in addition to
the regular automatic optimization. To do so, just type:
SCANREG /OPT at the DOS prompt. This compacts
the Registry down and fills in the holes.

Caveat: This procedure won't work from within Windows --
only at the DOS prompt. Also, the procedure will not work
at all with Windows 95.
